Founded in 2005 with a vision to support women.
Founded in 2005 as part of a combined state and local government initiative, Women Making It Work began with a vision to promote and support women in business. Over the years, this network has grown into a global nonprofit organization, connecting solopreneurs from all industries and backgrounds.
WMIW is run by business leaders for business leaders, offering members a safe, inclusive space to share knowledge, build networks, and thrive in their professional journeys.
Today, we are proud to provide opportunities for professional growth, including events, masterclasses, keynote speakers, and online networking sessions, empowering women to achieve sustainable success.
